Instagram stories are a huge part of building your personal brand…and fun fact- they are the second most effective tool I have for converting my audience into buyers. Email is number one if you were wondering!

Your IG stories are the easiest way to build a relationship with your community! It’s how you actually build a dang community! Instagram is a RELATIONSHIP BUILDING platform. That’s it’s purpose.

How many times have you watched someone’s stories and laughed right alongside with them? Responded to share your experience over something? Felt connected through shared opinions, experiences, likes/dislikes, parenting situations, tv shows, etc.

Stories hold so much relationship building power when you use them intentionally.

Try these 3 ideas on your IG stories this week!

1. a book, podcast, product or fave follow recommendation– people love recommendations- bonus points for this NOT being “work” related…and more about who you are as a person. My fave book I just read: Fourth Wing. I can’t stop thinking about it! 🐉

2. a new place you go or see this week– get OUT of your commonly seen spaces (I.e your home office or car) and change it up- pattern interrupt! Take them on the adventure with you and share what you’re up to. Helloooo robe life at the Post Hotel!

3. a screenshot of an awesome review, DM, Voxer message, email, etc talking you or your products up as a game changer. These build massive social proof and trust! There is safety for people when they see what you do works for others.

Try those and see how it feels to change it up a bit! Think about how you can lead with YOU- not your business. We want to know the person behind the brand…and stories are such an easy way to start getting comfortable doing that!
